Limits the amount payable to Government Accounting Office (GAO) experts and consultants to the maximum rate for GS-18.
Increases from ten to 15 the number of experts and consultants GAO may procure for not more than three years. Allows GAO to include such positions in its Senior Executive Service.
Increases from 100 to 119 the number of GAO positions for which the compensation may not exceed the maximum pay rate for GS-18.
