A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to the taxation of employee awards.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to exclude from an employee-recipient's income a portion of the value of an employee achievement award if it is awarded by reason of length of service, productivity or safety achievement.
