A bill to authorize the Administrator of General Services to convey property to the Committee for a National Museum of the Building Arts, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to convey a Federal office building in the District of Columbia to the Committee for a National Museum of the Building Arts, Incorporated. Specifies terms to be included in the deed of conveyance, including a provision that the property be preserved in its historically authentic architectural character.

Repeals Federal law providing for a cooperative agreement between the Administrator, the Committee, and the Secretary of the Interior for the operation of such a museum.
