Amends the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978 to extend the transition period established by such Act from May 1, 1984, to May 26, 1984.
Extends the term of office of any bankruptcy judge who was serving on April 30, 1984, and of any bankruptcy judge who is serving on the date of the enactment of this Act to May 25, 1984.
