A bill for the relief of Herbert T. Matsuo, Patrick Wayne Matsuo, Susan Villarta, and the estate of Arline L. Matsuo.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to each of three named survivors and to the estate of a named deceased individual in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States arising out of the deaths of four family members in a fire in Bangkok, Thailand, where such family was quartered by the U.S. Army while awaiting transfer to the United States.
