A bill to extend and amend programs under the Native American Programs Act of 1974, and for other purposes.

Amends the Native American Programs Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations for FY 1985 through 1987.

Authorizes financial assistance to private entities for projects which promote economic and social self-sufficiency for Native Americans.
