Anti-Nuclear Terrorism Act of 1984 - Amends the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to require every individual allowed unescorted access to a nuclear power facility to be fingerprinted. Provides that all fingerprints shall be submitted to the Attorney General for identification and appropriate processing.
Allows the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by rule to waive such requirement under certain conditions.
