Authorizes the President to present, on behalf of Congress, a gold medal to Margaret Truman Daniel, daughter of Harry S. Truman, in recognition of the lifetime of outstanding public service he gave to the United States.
Commemorates his one hundredth birthday which will be celebrated on May 8, 1984.
Authorizes appropriations.
