A bill for the relief of John R. Schmitz.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay all medical costs not otherwise covered by Medicare of a named retired civilian ships' officer for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as if such costs were incurred at Public Health Service facilities.
