Amends the Peace Corps Act to authorize appropriations for the Peace Corps for FY 1985 and 1986. Provides that a specified limitation on the President's authority relating to appointment of members of the Foreign Service applies only to U.S. citizens.
Permits receipts from the sale of technical publications produced by the Peace Corps to be credited to the currently applicable Peace Corps appropriation.
