Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act and the Poultry Products Inspection Act to exempt from Federal inspection requirements any restaurant central kitchen that prepares ready-to-eat meat and meat food products or poultry products sent to and served at restaurants owned or operated by the same persons or firms which own or operate such central facility.
Subjects such facilities to: (1) specified recordkeeping requirements; and (2) inspections if the Secretary of Agriculture determines that sanitary conditions or practices have adulterated such meat or poultry products.
