A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to require the payment of interest on amounts contributed by a member of the Armed Forces under the Post-Vietnam Era Veterans' Educational Assistance Program.

Amends the Post-Vietnam Era Veterans Educational Assistance Program to require the Administrator of Veterans Affairs to pay interest on the amounts contributed by a member of the armed forces to the Post-Vietnam Era Veterans Education Account.

Establishes a formula for determining the applicable interest rate.
