Amends the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act to add the Wildcat Brook, New Hampshire, (from its headwaters, including the principal tributaries, to its confluence with the Ellis River) to the list of rivers designated for potential addition to the national wild and scenic rivers system.
Directs that: (1) the study relating to such addition be completed no later than two years from the date of enactment of this amendment; and (2) an interim report be submitted to the Congress no later than one year from the date of enactment of this amendment.
