A bill entitled "The Health Care Cost Containment Act of 1983".
Health Care Cost Containment Act of 1983 - Grants an antitrust exemption to health care insurers for the purposes of: (1) acquiring data on health care costs and services; and (2) entering into service and cost agreements with health care providers.
Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate such joint activities to determine whether they conform to this Act.
