Cement, Cement Clinker, and Concrete Block and Brick Fair Trade Act of 1983- Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to impose a duty on foreign fuel-subsidized hydraulic cement, cement clinker, and concrete block and brick.
Provides procedures for the imposition of such duty.
