Establishes a Select Commission on Drug Interdiction and Enforcement. Provides that the Commission be composed of: (1) four members appointed by the President; (2) four members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives from the membership of the House Committee on the Judiciary; (3) four members appointed by the President pro tempore of the Senate from the membership of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary; and (4) the Attorney General, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Transportation and the Secretary of State.
Requires the Commission to study and evaluate existing laws, policies, and procedures governing drug interdiction and make administrative, legislative, and procedural recommendations to the President and Congress.
Authorizes appropriations.
