A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a contract or cooperative agreement with the Art Barn Association to assist in the preservation and interpretation of the Art Barn and Pierce Mill located in Rock Creek Park within the District of Columbia.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into contracts or cooperative agreements with the Art Barn Association, or a successor organization, to assist in the preservation and interpretation of the Art Barn, located in Rock Creek Park in the District of Columbia.
Provides that funds made available to the Secretary for operation and maintenance of the Art Barn may be made available to the Art Barn Association.
States that the Secretary's authority to enter into contracts and cooperative agreements under this Act shall expire five years following the enactment of this Act.
