Authorizes the President to present, on behalf of the Congress, to Aminda Badeau Wilkins, the widow of Roy Wilkins, a gold medal in recognition of his contributions to the struggle for civil rights and equality for all Americans. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury (Secretary) to strike a gold medal.

Directs the Secretary to strike up to 750,000 gold, silver, or bronze medals to commemorate the 1984 Lousiana World Exposition in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Authorizes the Speaker of the House and the President pro tempore of the Senate to present, on behalf of Congress, bronze medals to those American personnel listed as missing or otherwise unaccounted for in Southeast Asia.
