A bill to provide reimbursement to States and their political subdivisions for revenues lost by virtue of the exemption from taxation of foreign diplomatic and consular missions and international organizations located within their jurisdictions.

Permits a State or political subdivision of a State to apply to the Secretary of Treasury for reimbursement of revenues lost by reason of the exemption from taxation of foreign diplomatic and consular missions and international organizations located within its jurisdiction. Requires a State or political subdivision to repay to the United States amounts received under this Act and not spent for public purposes.

Authorizes appropriations.
