A bill to amend the Act of June 24, 1938, to allow the Secretary of the Interior to invest certain funds collected by Indian irrigation and power projects.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) invest collections from specified Indian irrigation and power projects in certain Federal obligations; and (2) use the earnings from such investments to reduce the maintenance charges on the projects from which the funds were originally collected.
