A bill to require the disposal of certain lands at Fort Totten, New York, for public health and park and recreation purposes.

Directs the Administrator of General Services to assign to the Secretary of Health and Human Services and to the Secretary of the Interior specified lands at Fort Totten, New York.

Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to convey a portion of such property to the Eastern Paralyzed Veterans Association of New York House.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey the remainder of such property to the City of New York, for public park and/or recreation uses.
