Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to suspend the duties on semiconductors and computers.
Declares such suspension to become effective by April 1, 1984, or within six months from the date of enactment of this Act, whichever is later, if the President has determined that such suspensions of duties are in the national economic interest.
