Government Publication Cost Reform Act of 1983 - Requires each Government publication, with specified exceptions, to contain a statement of the cost of preparing and printing such publication.
Requires each Congressional Record, Federal Register, and House and Senate report to include a statement of the total and per copy printing costs for such document.
