Increases from 26 to 27 the membership of the Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations.
Requires Presidential appointees to such Commission to include selectees: (1) from a panel of at least two elected Indian tribal government officials submitted jointly by the National Congress of American Indians and the National Tribal Chairmen's Association; or (2) from other Indian tribal government officials who have been nominated by governing bodies of Indian tribes.
