Relieves 16 named employees of the Charleston Naval Shipyard of all liability to repay specified sums to the United States representing per diem overpayments due to administrative error.
Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay each named employee amounts representing any balance withheld from or amount paid by such employee because of the overpayment.
