Civil Rights Commission Reauthorization Act of 1983 - Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1957 to provide that members of the Commission on Civil Rights be appointed for a term of six years. Establishes provisional terms for the current members.
Extends the life of the Commission to 2003.
Authorizes appropriations.
