Elects the following named Members to the specified House committee: (1) Gary L. Ackerman, of New York, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs; (2) Bill Richardson, of New Mexico, to the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs; (3) Frederick C. Boucher, of Virginia, to the Committee on the Judiciary; (4) Charles E. Bennett, of Florida, to the Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries; (5) Gary L. Ackerman, of New York, Ron de Lugo, of the Virgin Islands, Douglas H. Rosco, of California, and Mervyn M. Dymally, of California, to the Committee on Post Office and Civil Service; and (6) James J. Florio, of New Jersey, to the Committee on Veterans' Affairs.
