A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Attorney General of the United States should grant extended voluntary departure status to members of the Silva class of aliens living in the United States.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Attorney General should grant extended voluntary departure status to "Silva class" aliens (those aliens born in the Western Hemisphere and granted priority immigration visas between July 1, 1968, and December 31, 1976).
