A resolution to correct the Record of July 28, 1983.

Requires that the Congressional Record of July 28, 1983, be corrected to include the remarks of Representative Walker.

Directs the Clerk of the House to report to the House not later than July 29, 1983, on the circumstances surrounding the omission of the Representative's remarks and on what actions will be taken to prevent such omissions.
