Declares that it is the sense of the House of Representatives that the Chrysler Corporation Loan Guarantee Board shall not waive or surrender any right of the United States with respect to warrants for Chrysler Corporation stock which were issued to the United States pursuant to the Chrysler Corporation Loan Guarantee Act of 1979.
