A resolution electing Members of standing Committees of the House of Representatives.

Elects the following Members of the House to specified committees: (1) Representative Gramm, of Texas, to the Committee on the Budget and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs; (2) Representative Craig, of Idaho, to the Committee on Government Operations; and (3) Representative Martin, of Illinois, to the Committee on Public Works and Transportation.
