Provides that a named individual is relieved of all liability to the United States in the amount of a specified sum arising out of a claim relating to compensable moving expenditures.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay to such individual an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, relating to such claim.
