Directs the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States to reopen and redetermine the claim of a named individual arising from the nationalization or other taking of his property by the Government of Czechoslovakia.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to make payments on account of such claim in the amount determined by the Commission and certified to the Secretary.
