Amends the Federal criminal code to impose criminal sanctions on any manager who fails to disclose a serious concealed danger with respect to a product or business practice that is subject to the regulatory authority of a Federal agency. Provides for a fine of not more than $250,000 ($1,000,000 for a corporation) or imprisonment for not more than ten years, or both. Prohibits any person from discriminating against any manager in the terms or conditions of employment because of the disclosure of such information.
