Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to: (1) reimburse the Gros Ventre and Assiniboine Tribes of the Fort Belknap Indian Community for funds expended for the construction of the irrigation system on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation from 1895 to 1913; and (2) pay four percent simple interest on such funds.
