Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to convey to a named corporation certain property located in Lake Sumner State Park, New Mexico.
Reserves to the United States all oil, coal, and other minerals and prospecting rights in the land so conveyed. Prohibits such conveyance from affecting any existing easement, servitude, or right-of-way.
