A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to treat great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews in the same manner as grandchildren in applying the one-year dependency test to adopted children in determining entitlement to child's insurance benefits.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to treat great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews in the same manner as grandchildren in applying the one-year dependency test to adopted children for purposes of determining eligibility for child's insurance benefits.
