Public Lands Pest Management Fund Act - Amends the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 to authorize the appropriate Secretary to take specified measures to protect public lands from insect and plant pests. States that for purposes of this Act the appropriate Secretary means the Secretary (either of Agriculture or of the Interior) under whom the affected public lands are being administered.
Authorizes appropriations.
