A bill to amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to provide for voter registration for Federal elections on all regular business days and at the polls on election day.

Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require States to conduct voter registration for Federal elections on: (1) all regular business days; and (2) each Federal election day.
