A bill to establish a commission to review Federal retirement systems.
Commission on Federal Retirement Reform Act - Establishes the Commission on Federal Retirement Reform to: (1) examine the Federal civilian and military retirement systems to assess the long-term financial requirements of each system considering projected benefits and anticipated receipts; and (2) recommend appropriate changes in the benefits and funding of either system.
Directs the Commission to transmit a final report on its findings and recommendations for legislative and administrative action to Congress not later than ten calendar days after the 99th Congress assembles. Terminates the Commission 90 days after it transmits such report. Authorizes appropriations.
