A bill to increase the rate of compensation of citizen members of the National Capital Planning Commission from $100 per day to the daily equivalent of the rate established for positions at level V of the Executive Schedule.

Increases the rate of compensation of citizen members of the National Capital Planning Commission from $100 per day to the daily equivalent of the annual rate of basic pay for positions at level V of the Executive Schedule.

Limits the authority to make such payments for any fiscal year to the extent or in such amounts as provided in the appropriation Act.
