A bill to provide assistance to livestock producers in economic distress.
Livestock Producer Disaster Assistance Act of 1984 - Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to lease livestock to eligible livestock producers who have been substantially affected by a natural disaster and whose financial condition makes it impossible to obtain sufficient credit from private lenders or through the Farmers Home Administration in order to continue livestock operations.
Sets forth program requirements. Requires the Secretary to carry out the provisions of such program through the Commodity Credit Corporation.
