Commission for the Study of Suicide Act of 1984 - Establishes the Commission for the Study of Suicide to develop a national plan regarding the causes of and treatment strategies for suicide.
Requires the Commission to transmit to the President and the Congress a detailed report of its findings, conclusions and recommendations by a certain date.
Terminates the Commission by a certain date. Authorizes appropriations.
