A bill for the relief of Larry Land, Marie Land, Brian Land, Keith Land, Patricia Vandenberg, Lorri Vandenberg, James W. Land, Lois Land, Tamra Lee Land, Sandra Gay Land, Vincent James Land, Viola Hollenbaugh, William L. Phinney, Senior, Emily V. Phinney, Lora Phinney, and William L. Phinney, Junior.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a sum to be determined to 16 named individuals in full settlement of all their claims against the United States for health problems allegedly resulting from operations and activities conducted under the control of the U.S. Army at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal, Denver, Colorado.
