Amends the Agricultural Act of 1949 regarding the 1985 wheat crop to: (1) permit hay and grazing on diverted acreage; (2) increase price support levels; and (3) provide for a 50 percent acreage reduction (20 percent acreage limitation, 30 percent land diversion).
Prohibits the Secretary of Agriculture from requiring or using a coordinated financial statement or similar document in connection with any Farmers Home Administration loan application.
