A bill to amend section 1201 of title 18 of the United States Code to provide a mandatory life sentence in the case of certain kidnapings of persons who have not attained the age of 18 years, and other purposes.

Amends the Federal criminal code to provide a mandatory life sentence for any person who kidnaps an individual under the age of 18. Imposes the death penalty in any case where such a victim dies as the result of the kidnaping.
