A bill to amend title 11 of the United States Code to make nondischargeable debts for liabilities under the terms of a property settlement agreement entered into in connection with a separation agreement or divorce decree.

Amends Federal bankruptcy law to provide that the discharge of a debtor's debts does not discharge him or her from any debt or for any liability under the terms of a property settlement entered into in connection with a separation agreement or divorce decree.
