A bill to amend the Fair Labor Standards Act to increase the amount required to be paid for overtime work and to require employees to consent in writing to working more than 40 hours per week.

Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to increase the amount required to be paid for overtime work from one and one-half times to two times the regular wage rate of the employee.

Requires employee consent in writing for any workweek longer than 40 hours.
