A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to prohibit the payment of benefits thereunder to individuals who have been denaturalized because of the concealment or misrepresentation of facts bearing upon their pro-Nazi activities during World War II.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to prohibit the payment of title II benefits to individuals whose naturalization has been revoked or cancelled because of concealment of material facts or willful misrepresentation with respect to activities conducted under or in association with the Nazi government or its allies.
