A bill to amend the Amateur Sports Act of 1978 to provide explicitly that the Act does not prohibit the sale in the United States of foreign postage stamps bearing an olympic insignia or symbol.

Amends the Amateur Sports Act of 1978 to permit, after May 1984, the sale in the United States of foreign postage stamps bearing an Olympic insignia or symbol if the advertising for such stamps clearly states the following: "Proceeds from the sale of these stamps in no way benefits either the U.S. Olympic Committee or the International Olympic Committee."
